Admission Process
Registration for the new school year begins in mid-March. We will dedicate a week to our current students to register and then open the spots to siblings and those on the waitlist.
For any spots that remain after the regular new school year registration period, We accept admissions on an ongoing basis.
For the safety of our children and to not disturb their routine, touring is by appointment only; no walk-ins, please.

Admission Process
School Fees Information
Tuition Fees 2025-2026
We are currently enrolled in the CWELCC program.
Effective January 1, 2025, base fees for child care in CWELCC-enrolled programs will be capped at a maximum of $22 per day for eligible children.
Fee will be collected by pre-authorized payment plan and is charged on the 1st of every month. If the 1st of that month falls on a holiday, the debit date will be the day after the holiday.
Our fee remains charged monthly; it will be converted to a daily fee using the denominator of 21.75 days based on the CWELCC guidelines.
Annual Supplies Fee and Admission Fee for new registration are no longer required based on the CWELCC guidelines.
NSF, Late pick-up after 6 pm, etc., any parents’ individual choice-related fees are non-base fees that parents pay separately.
Our policy remains the same, tuition is charged monthly, not adjusted, refunded or credited for statutory holidays, absence due to illness or vacation, or any other reason.
If the child is not a good fit for the program and the school has to terminate the care for the child or for other reasons, the remaining fee will be returned to the parents. For all other refund-related scenarios, we will discuss them with the parents based on mutual agreement.
Program Deposits
Upon completing the registration process, we require a last month’s fee as a deposit to secure a spot, which will be applied to the final month of care upon proper notice (one month).
